Ingredients :
Shilajit, Trivang Bhasma : Each 2.5 g, Arjuna chhal (Terminalia arjuna) St. Bk. (Pdr.), Bhringaraj (Eclipta alba) Pl. (Pdr.), Tejpatra (Cinnamomum tamala) Lf. (Pdr.) : Each 5 g, Bilv patra (Aegle marmelos ) Lf. (Pdr.), Nimb patra (Azadirechta indica) Lf. (Pdr.): Each 7.5 g,Mundi (Spharenthus indicus) Fr. (Pdr.): 10 g, Karvellak (Mamordia charantia) Fr. (Pdr.), Brahad Jambu guthli (Syzygium cumini) Sd. (Pdr.) : Each 15 g, Meshashringi (Gymnema sylvestre) Lf. (Pdr.) : 25 g, Neeldoorva (Pl.) (Pdr.), Vijaysar chhal (St. Bk.) Indication :
Helps to control blood sugar levels.
Dosage : A dose of 2 teaspoonful powder may be taken with lukewarm water, after
morning-breakfast and meal of the day and night.
Advice :
Vimtone tablet may be taken simultaneously for faster relief. If the patient is
suffering from costipation, J.P. Aaram Churna should be taken.
Eat :
Karela, unripen Papaya, Gram-roasted Gram, Lemon, Radish, Green
Vegetables, fresh Butter-Milk etc. Do not keep the stomach empty. Meal may be
taken, little by little, in four times.
Avoid : Sweet edibles, sweet Fruits, Rice, Potato, Meat, Fish, Potation., Edible tubers
and roots, Edibles containing sourness etc.
