Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE ₹499/- ANYWHERE IN INDIA. 

For prepaid orders below ₹ 499, a shipping fee of ₹ 50 will be added. For orders above ₹ 499, No Shipping charges will apply.

The cart value for the above point will be calculated after the application of any discount or coupons.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched and the tentative delivery time will be 5-10 working days from date of dispatch.

Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During Festivals and lockdowns, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. 

International Shipping:

to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Jamna Herbal Research Ltd (jamnaherbal.com) and its sister concern Jamna Pharmaceuticals and accept the decision of Jamna Herbal Research Ltd (jamnaherbal.com) and its sister concern Jamna Pharmaceuticals regarding the cancellation.

whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient
not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Jamna Herbal Research Ltd (jamnaherbal.com) and its sister concern Jamna Pharmaceuticals for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
